Ninjas,

As this is my first time to make comments on our blog after playing with the team for the last 3 seasons,
I would like to take this chance to thank you all for the opportunities and team work. Every single match we have been through
has given me lots of joy and it is my honour to be a ninja!


Match Report

Despite the result, our overall performance during the game was above average and we have had several chances for goal. The match was a tight one and neither the opponent nor us were able to score during the 1st half. In terms of defending, our marking were absolute solid for the 1st half and none of the opponent’s player were able to breakthrough our defence line. However as we got tired during the 2nd half, we have loosen our marking and thus conceded 2 goals to the opponent. On the other hand, our attacking has been improved after applying our new tactic and we had created a few decent attacks during the 1st half and scored a goal in the 2nd half. Although we have improved our attacking slightly, it seems to me that we are still incapable of making sufficient attack during the match and I believe it is because we do not have a key person in the very centre to control the "flow'.

As a suggestion, I reckon we should practice both long & short distance shots and short passes through the middle. Also we should try to drop a key person to the middle to control the flow if possible.

In conclusion, let's work on our weakness, stay fit and be prepared for our next match as we still have chance to get into the final!!
